I, the undersigned, parent/guardian of the applicant, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare that:
- The information provided in this admission form is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false information may lead to immediate cancellation of admission.
- I agree to abide by all the rules, regulations, and disciplinary policies of Askari Foundation School System, as amended from time to time.
- I undertake to pay all school fees, transport charges, and other dues on or before the stipulated due dates. I understand that late payments may incur fines or result in the suspension of my child's classes.
- I understand that the school administration reserves the right to expel my child in case of severe misconduct, poor academic performance, or continuous unexcused absences.
- In case of a medical emergency during school hours, I authorize the school management to administer first aid and take my child to the nearest hospital if necessary.
- I consent to the school using my child's photographs/videos for academic, promotional, and social media purposes related to school activities.
- I agree to give at least one month's prior written notice before withdrawing my child from the school, failing which I will pay one month's fee in lieu of the notice.
